I've been a patient here for over 5 years and I couldn't ask for better! Dr. June and Tony are the best people! They listen, they explain, they offer solutions. Great "bedside" manner. It's nice to know that if you have an issue, they will listen and try to resolve it if they can all while being professional as well as empathetic and compassionate. Would like to extend thanks to everyone in the office and infusion room. You all are awesome!!!
I have been treated extremely well at GLCOR, no matter which doctor I'm seeing for whichever matter. They're always professional, informative, and very caring. The entire medical staff is top notch, and the office staff is friendly and very helpful. I've been coming here for 7 years .
Every staff that you meet are polite and courteous! I love how they dress for some holidays! Very people oriented. I also love the dedication to our wonderful Great Lakes. They have amazing artwork displaying their superb majestic beauty!
If I were you, I would save your frustration, time, money, and most importantly, your own health, by finding a different rheumatology clinic to attend. If you look at reviews from other sources, you will see that many agree.
The clinicians and staff (especially the phlebotomists), are kind and easy to work with in person. Unfortunately, other than that, I do not recommend this clinic. I was constantly struggling to be heard, and communication with anyone at the clinic over the phone is almost impossible. It would take days to weeks to hear back from them, following my multiple phone calls and voicemails.
I struggled for so long being a patient at this practice. The more I talk to other patients and clinician’s, the more I hear that this clinic does not have a good reputation. This clinic also has no online portal, and sends you home with no notes regarding your diagnoses / prognosis / or treatments.
I can not say enough good things about Great Lakes doctors and staff. Dr. June gave me hope years ago when I had none. He has always been willing to dig deeper, find missing puzzle pieces, and try treatments. Dr. Giannelli is another great physician who takes the time to listen and do everything he can to help his patients. I am so grateful to have good doctors on my team. They are the reason I continue to go, and the reason that I recommend my family and friends visit their office.
Dr. Mark Braden was great at helping to manage my pain however i am highly unimpressed today. When I arrived today 4 mins after the 10min grace period for my appointment do to driving an hour in a storm they turned me away. When I asked that they ask the provider if he will still see me since i drive an hour they said he had already left the building. So 14mins after my scheduled appointment he had already left the building accoring to his staff. I called before my appointment time to let them know I was running late do to the storm and poor driving conditions they did not care. They offered me a later appointment but I told them I am hoping to still be able to make it. Later in the office I asked for the original offered later appointment because I was there and in pain. They then told me it's no longer available since you missed this appointment. Very poor way to handle patients standing in your office especially when they come to you for pain management.
All staff is friend and efficient, making appointments is easy, office is beautifully decorated! Dr Duffy is very nice and funny, very laid back guy!
Kevin Duffy is great, he listens. Yes a doctor who listens to you. All I can say is without him I would still be absolutely miserable. The man is an amazing human being and great doctor on top of that. Thank you Kevin
